Nadir Ali
Chief Executive Officer and Director.
Mr. Ali serves as the CEO of Grafiti LLC, USA and brings a wealth of experience in the technology and scientific industries to his role. He has a proven track record of establishing strategic vision and driving operational excellence. Under his leadership, Grafiti LLC is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory and remain at the forefront of scientific software development.
Previously, Nadir Ali served as the CEO of Inpixon, a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq exchange, from 2016 to 2023. During his tenure, he was responsible for establishing the company's vision, strategic direction, and operational effectiveness. He effectively led the Inpixon executive team, leveraging his over 15 years of experience in consulting and high-tech industries. Prior to joining Inpixon, from 1998-2001, Mr. Ali was the co-founder and Managing Director of Tira Capital, an early-stage technology fund. Immediately prior thereto, he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Isadra, Inc., an e-commerce software start-up. Mr. Ali led the company’s capital raising efforts and its eventual sale to VerticalNet. From 1995 through 1998, he was Vice President of Strategic Programs at Inpixon Information Systems (acquired by Vanstar Government Systems in 1997) a leading computer systems integrator. Mr. Ali played a key operations role and was responsible for implementing and managing the company’s $1 billion plus in multi-year contracts. He worked closely with the investment bankers on the sale of Inpixon Information Systems to Vanstar in 1997. This started Mr. Ali’s mergers and acquisitions work which was enhanced with additional M&A activity totaling $150 million, experiences still critical and relevant to Inpixon’s strategy today. His experience in Inpixon’s core government business, as well as extensive contacts and relationships in Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C. were further considered by the Company in appointing Mr. Ali to the Board of Directors. From 1989 to 1994 he was a management consultant, first with Deloitte & Touche LLC in San Francisco and then independently. Mr. Ali received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989.
